Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy on undamaged goods, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stonevirtue.com with a description of the issue and how we can resolve it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1613 Hardwood Dr, Clearwater, FL 33756

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make do everything possible to make it right!


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items purchased with gift cards.


Exchanges
As a custom product, we realize sometimes issues come up with wrong sizing, or being unhappy with the stones used. Stone Virtue will do everything we can to resolve any issues to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Any case where the problem arises from customer mistake (wrong size ordered, unhappy with arrangement ordered), we simply ask that you cover the shipping and we will correct the issue free of charge. In the instance that a mistake was made on our end we will happily cover shipping and repairs or adjustments and return the product as quickly as possible. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
