ORDER PROCESSING:

As each item is custom crafted by hand, please allow ten (10) calendar days to process your order. Expect an email within those ten days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within ten (10) days using United States Postal Service.

Post standard delivery is 2 - 7 days.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Stone Virtue guarantees the quality and construction of our products. Any manufacturers’ defects, or incorrectly assembled items will be the responsibility of Stone Virtue to cover all shipping and repair costs.

For Customer-Requested Exchanges or Corrections, such as resizing or changing stones, we will perform the corrections free of charge minus shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns up to 90 days after delivery for any reason and refund the full item amount minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrectly built in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@stonevirtue.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address each issue on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution to the issue!
